Karen’s Crystal Land Inc., doing business as Tempura House at 9858 Clint Moore Road in suburban Boca Raton, was ordered closed after an inspection Jan. 10. Inspectors found five high-priority violations, including multiple flies in a food-preparation area and a dry-storage section. Inspectors also cited four intermediate violations and two basic violations. An employee said Monday that the restaurant had reopened after a “deep cleaning.”
